H. L. Burke is a dragon-tamer, cat-keeper, and award-winning author specializing in fantastical tales of snark and magic. She is also the founder and administrator of the Fellowship of Fantasy Indie Author Co-op, a group devoted to helping Indie Fantasy authors meet their marketing goals and develop reader/writer relationships. When not writing, she spends most of her time obeying the whims of her cat and her two superhero-princess daughters. She is an admirer of the whimsical, a follower of the Light, and a believer in happily ever after.
Janeen Ippolito is an author of creative breakthroughs in speculative fiction and everyday life. She’s a publishing industry professional with expertise as an author, an editor, a marketer, and an entrepreneur. She’s also the president/editor in chief of Uncommon Universes Press, a science fiction and fantasy publishing company. Whether brainstorming a new plot twist or analyzing new marketing angles, Janeen is happiest when creating breakthroughs for her hapless characters and for the amazing authors and businesspeople she works with. In her spare time, Janeen can be found reading, cooking, watching geeky TV shows, or sword-fighting with her husband. Two of her life goals are eating a fried tarantula and traveling to Antarctica.
